How to find products |

Two ways you can find products:
- Catalog, where you go through our product categories
and find your product.
- Start by selecting one of our product types (Brass Valve, Impact
Sprinkler....) from the left navigation bar
- You will get a list of products belonging to that type.
- Click on the product name for available information on it.
- Search, where you can query our website
to find your product. You can use a partial search string, so typing in "QC"
would return all variants of QC like QC100, QCS101, and QCV151. For your
convenience, you can search by several criteira:
- by Model Number
- by Type (like sprinkler, valve, pop-up...)
- by Description
- by Old Model Number, if you are used to the
old Buckner model numbers
- by Competitor Model Number, if our product is
equivalent or similar to our competitors products

How to get product information |

Locate the product you are interested in.
Click on the product name.
The first page you get is the catalog sheet of that product. At the top, under
the product name, you will have links to all available material on that product (like:
Performance Charts, Installation Drawings....)
Click on one of those links |

How to find
AutoCAD versions of technical drawings |

Locate the product you want.
Click on the product name to get the product's catalog sheet and links to
available information on it.
Click on the link for the information you need (like: installation drawings,
repair parts...)
Below the product links (Catalog, Spec Sheet....) there would be a DWG
link to the AutoCAD version of that file.
Click the DWG link and following the instructions to save the file on
your computer and/or open it. |

How to print product information |

Locate the product you want.
At the top right corner click on "Printer friendly"
link
You will get a version of the page without the navigation links
At the top right corner click on "Send to printer"
Click the Back button on your browser to return to the rest of the
site |

Site structure (navigation
bars) |
- The left side navigation is present
throughout the website. It is divided into 5 main sections: Home, Search,
Catalog, Help, Contact Us
- Under Catalog, there are 9
sections: Brass Valves, Quick Coupler Valves, Impact Sprinklers, RainCoach,
Sprinkler Accessories, Rotary Sprinklers, Nozzles and Adapters,
Accessories, Warranty
- Whenever you select a product, you get
a second navigation bar at the top.
The second navigation bar consists of links to the
available material on that product (like: Catalog sheet, Spec Sheet, Installation
Drawing....)

is best to have the following requirements:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher
- Screen resolution of 800 x 600 or bigger |
